Jeanine Mahone: President
Associate Media Director, bohan
Jeanine is a shining light in the advertising media world and a former Creative Drive Award recipient. She has more than two decades of experience developing and implementing strategic media campaigns for clients in multiple industry sectors including travel & tourism, restaurants, and healthcare services. She served on the board of directors for the Mid-South Chapter of the Lupus Foundation and is a current board president for AAFN. Out of the office, Jeanine is a music lover and you can usually find her at concerts and festivals.
Shari Dennis: Vice President

Shari is a passionate and accomplished advertising professional. She has worked in all facets of the business. From founding a small agency to global powerhouse shops, mid-size independent agencies, global media brands, and time on the client side. She has experience in every major category and has been fortunate to work with a broad array of world-class clients, including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Nestle, AT&T, and Capital One.
Patty Dondeville: Secretary/Treasurer
With more than 30 years of experience in the Advertising industry, Patty has had the privilege of learning from and working with some of the smartest leaders of Nashville’s advertising community. She’s helped to grow from infancy not one, but two Nashville advertising agencies, with iostudio being one of them. With a successful record of contribution to business growth in a highly competitive, client services industry, she leads the back-of-house efforts of administrative operations, human resources, recruitment, employee relations, production, and resource management. Patty gets to work across all agency disciplines to ensure work gets produced in an efficient, effective, and profitable manner.
Susan Hart: American Advertising Awards Nashville Chair

When she’s not deftly managing the Creative Team at FINN, you can find Susan at a concert or outdoors, playing disc golf, hiking, kayaking, or camping. Susan anticipates bringing lofty, exciting ideas to throw an American Advertising Awards Nashville event you won’t soon forget. Margaret Shaul - Student Engagement Chair
Senior Strategist, Czarnowski Collective
Margaret is a strategist, problem solver, and professional connect-the-dots-er who fell in love with marketing when she realized she could do group projects for a living. Her work has helped fuel the growth of industry-leading brands across categories and she was named one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 in 2022. During her time at Belmont University, she became involved with AAF through the student awards program and received her first full-time agency role thanks to AAF Nashville’s “Get the Job” conference. As someone who discovered marketing late in her college career, she is passionate about connecting students with professional resources and is excited to continue this work as AAF’s Education Chair.
Kirsten Hauser: Membership Chair
Senior Strategist, BUNTIN Group
Kirsten was born and raised in Virginia Beach and started her advertising career in sunny LA. Last year, she hit the road to Nashville, where she’s now a strategist at BUNTIN. Kirsten loves people. Conversations with strangers, people watching at the airport, you name it – you can say it’s the reason why she found a career in strategy so appealing. She loves storytelling and learning the “why” behind why people do what they do and feel how they feel – and how brands can lean into these truths.
Ann Katherine Vitti - Communications Chair
Associate Brand Director, BUNTIN Group
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Ann Katherine comes from a long line of Advertising professionals and started her career here in Nashville, where she now is an Associate Brand Director for the BUNTIN Group. She loves collaborating with teams to find the smartest and best solution for her clients while finding opportunities for creative thinking. Since moving to Nashville, Ann Katherine has fallen in love with this city’s community and has served as the Director of Communications for Nashville Design Week, and is excited to begin similar work with AAFN.
Hannah Williamson - Programs Chair
Research Project Manager at Lewis
Hannah Williamson is a Research Project Manager at Lewis, specializing in primary research methods and audience intelligence. She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations & German and a Master's in Advertising & Public Relations, from the University of Alabama, where she discovered her passion for consumer behavior and the impact of behavioral science on communications. In her time at Lewis, she has served a range of clients across healthcare, education, tourism, and e-commerce. Hannah plays an active role in Lewis’ community outreach efforts, such as leading Lewis' annual Food Drive and company-wide volunteer day. She serves on Lewis' Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE+I) committee, which creates opportunities for colleagues to grow, learn, and build a united, inclusive workplace environment. She is eager to serve as the Programs Chair for AAF Nashville, where she looks forward to creating a positive and engaging membership experience during her tenure.
