WEBINAR: Getting Noticed, Hired and Starting a Job on the Back Side of the Pandemic

2020 was a tough year for everyone in the advertising community, but it’s turning out to be just as tough for students entering the field. This panel will focus on what students should be doing to get the attention of professionals, nailing the (possibly remote) interview process, and hitting the ground running with a team that might not all be in the same room.

WEBINAR: Actionable DEI Strategies: What's Working and What Isn't

This panel will be focused on the work of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.  During this conversation, we’ll discuss what’s working, what isn’t, and explore best practices and intentional strategies agencies can utilize in support of their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.  And finally, given that this is the “get the job” conference, we’ll discuss DEI programs and initiatives different agencies have in place to support new hires.
