2025 Student Agency Crawl – Presented by BUNTIN, MP&F and FINN Partners

It's not every day that you can gain insider access to Nashville's advertising agencies...but this is your chance. Hop on the bus with us on Wednesday, October 29th for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes experience at BUNTIN, MP&F, and FINN Partners.

What to Expect:

• Agency Tours: Get an insider look at local Nashville marketing agencies, including office tours and Q&A sessions with different departments and company leaders.
• Department Spotlights: Hear from professionals about their roles, responsibilities and career paths across disciplines including creative, strategy, media, and account management.
  
• Networking Opportunities: Build connections with peers and professionals to expand your Nashville network.

• Audience: Current students & recent graduates
• Cost: $10 per person
• Transportation, lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please indicate dietary needs when registering.

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM: Check-in & loading at Belmont
• 9:00 AM: Depart from Belmont University
• 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: BUNTIN
• 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: MP&F
• 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: FINN Partners
• 3:00 PM: Return to Belmont University
  

What to Bring:

• Water bottle: Hydration! Yes!
• Snacks: Lunch and light refreshments will be provided throughout the day. We'll share dietary restrictions with the agencies in advance, but snacks are always a good idea!
• Business cards: Optional, but always nice to have in your back pocket. There are great free digital options out there like Blinq.

What to Wear:

• The ‘fit: There's no official dress code, but consider the impression you want to make. We'd suggest business casual or something casual-yet-nice. Wear what makes you feel confident!
• The feet: Comfortable shoes are a must, as we'll spend a lot of time walking and standing. If you have mobility concerns or need special accommodations, please reach out to the organizer

Parking & Meeting Point:

• Address: Belmont University (1900 Belmont Blvd, Nashville, TN 37212)
• Meeting Point: Check in and loading will occur outside of Belmont's Leu Center for the Visual Arts Building (1919 Belmont Blvd, Nashville, TN 37212)
• Parking Permits: We recommend parking in the Curb Parking Garage. Students without a Belmont parking pass should register for a free visitor parking permit here. When planning your day, please account for traffic and the time it will take to park. The bus must leave at 9am—no exceptions.

Additional Information:

• Wait List: We often have some cancellations/spots that open up in the weeks before the event so be sure to join the wait list. There is no cost to join the wait list and you do not need to enter your credit card information. We will contact you via email to confirm if a spot opens up and you will have 24 hours to respond before we move to another student on the list.
• Conflicts: If you have a scheduling conflict, please reach out to your professor or manager in advance. For liability reasons, we ask that students who register are available for the entire duration of the event. If you need a letter to request an excused absence or time off from work, you can download one here.
• Resume & Portfolios: If you are attending, please submit your information and interests here by Friday October 31 if you’d like us to share your resume and contact info with the three agencies after the event.
